By using blackhatgolf.org, submitting an inquiry or booking request, or registering an account, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Requests, not guaranteed bookings

Submitting a booking or inquiry request is a request, not a confirmed reservation. Availability, dates, pricing, and itineraries are confirmed personally by our team via email and WhatsApp. All programs are subject to availability and to the final confirmation we send you.

3. Pricing

Indicated pricing is an estimate and is confirmed in your personalized itinerary before any payment or commitment. Prices may vary with season, group size, and customization.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your password confidential. You may not use the site for unlawful activity or to harass, spam, or harm others or our team.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including The Meechai Method™, The Black Hat Way™, text, images, and branding — belongs to Black Hat Golf. You may not copy, republish, or sell it without written permission.

6. Liabilities

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for claims arising from use of the site or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts in Bangkok.
