1. Who we are

Black Hat Golf (blackhatgolf.org), founded by Tony "Black Hat" Meechai, is a golf coaching, training, membership, and lifestyle platform based in Bangkok, Thailand. We operate website forms, email, and messaging tools described below. For any question, contact us at tony@blackhatgolf.com.

2. What we collect

Information you give us: name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, preferred booking dates and details, experience preferences, and any message you send through our inquiry or booking forms; your membership account details (name, email, membership tier) if you register.

Information collected automatically: basic, aggregated analytics (pages visited, approximate location) and standard security data (IP address for rate-limiting and abuse prevention). We do not use this data for advertising profiling.

3. Why we use it

To respond to and manage your booking requests, inquiries, and memberships; to send you booking confirmations and status updates; to provide customer support via email or WhatsApp; to protect the site against abuse; and to improve our services. We never sell your personal information.

4. What we share

Only what is necessary to operate the service: our hosting and data platforms (Supabase, Vercel), our email provider (Resend), our messaging tool (Telegram — used to alert our team to booking requests; we do not add you to Telegram chats), and analytics (privacy-respecting, aggregate).

5. How long we keep it

Booking and inquiry records: up to 24 months, after which we delete or anonymize them unless a legal obligation applies. Member account data: for as long as your account is active.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing tony@blackhatgolf.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We use industry-standard protections: encrypted traffic (TLS), access controls on our data stores, and restricted team access. No method is 100% secure, but we treat your data with care.
