The Victory Inner Circle is Black Hat Golf's membership community, built around Tony Meechai's coaching world — a PGA of America professional with 30+ years and more than 50,000 students. It is an annual subscription (฿2,990/yr, or ฿4,990/yr for Plus), not a per-month plan.

The membership is optional: you can join programs without it, but members get the bag tag, the 25th Anniversary Golf Tips, access to club activities and events, member discounts on learning programs, special privileges at partner golf courses, and Mobile Black Hat App VIP access. Plus includes everything in Inner Circle plus the official Black Hat member cap.

The membership sits inside the Meechai Method — Tony's coaching system built on Mind, Body, Club, and Integration, with a Club-Focused Instruction lineage that runs Ernest Jones → Manuel de la Torre → Ed LeBeau.
